What It Is ?

With the help of Juvederm XC, one can easily smoothen out the lines, also known as parentheses, which tend to appear on the sides of the mouth and the nose. With a single treatment that lasts no longer than thirty minutes to one hour, these lines will be invisible for up to one year.

What causes Parentheses
Young and healthy skin has a significant amount of hyaluronic acid (HA) which is a natural hydrating substance. However, with time, age and exposure to sunlight, the quantity of HA in skin reduces and leads to loss of volume and structure. This is when unwanted folds and wrinkles called parentheses appear.

What Is It Effective ?

Juvederm XC fight parentheses by helping the skin regain the lost HA and in turn adds volume and straightens out the folds and wrinkles on the face. It is manufactured by an innovative process called hyclacross technology which gives Juvederm XC its one of a kind smooth-gel property. The effect of this FDA approved solution has proven to last up to one year with only one treatment. Juvederm XC’s ingredients include Iidocaine, which is a common anesthetic and helps to make the rejuvenation process much more comfortable. The treatment does not only give you the smooth and natural looking skin you wanted, it gives you this refreshing appearance under comfortable circumstances.
